I have a lot of friends who challenge me and make me a better person. When we talk about politics, we usually disagree -- a lot, but that's why they're my friends. I know about Usain Bolt and his rivalries with Jamaican athletes like Yohan Blake and Asafa Powell and I find it really funny that you brought it up. I've been following the running world for a really, really long time and honestly, the biggest reason they always beat the Americans is because they never dropped the baton.

One thing about Usain Bolt on relays was that he never took the last leg. He always took the third leg. As a runner, I can imagine why this is -- Bolt was never good at starting. He had incredible acceleration, but he was never fast out of the gates as someone like Powell may have been.

That just goes to show you that different people on a team have different strengths.
