Sometimes I feel this way too, but there’s the obvious bias that I’m writing from the perspective of someone who’s more of an extrovert. I’ve always felt that we’re hard-wired for connection, but also that we isolate even more when we’re going through something. Sometimes we distance ourselves more in needing more “space”, or just because it just is that hard.
I’m not sure what’s the best way to go from here, but every person doing what seems best to them seems like the way to go.
