Thanks for this, Sheri. I'm glad I stumbled upon this piece. I have a draft titled 'Trump Supporters Are Human Too" which is about 1500 words, and would get torched on this platform. Reconsidering whether to just let it sit there until the hysteria (I feel like it's pretty linked to the pandemic keeping everyone inside) and us vs. them mentality stops, but perhaps now is as good a time as any...
