The point about not having any diagnosis and being left in the prison of uncertainty hits the mark perfectly. With some of these appointments you just have to wait forever and there needs to be something to stop our minds from spiraling.

I just graduated from Emory University and this past semester, the wait times for our counseling services averaged six weeks, and on one occasion, my friend was told “you’re really depressed and you need help” by a counselor but also told he needed to wait 6 weeks before getting any help…
